Rodgers’ career began at Huawei, where he quickly ascended to senior positions during his 3 years' tenure. At Huawei, he played a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge technological solutions that enhanced operational efficiency and drove innovation across various high-impact projects. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in large-scale software development, systems integration, and strategic project management, all of which he now leverages in his entrepreneurial ventures. Ben Hess is a professional Computer Scientist from Switzerland, where he began his programming journey at a young age. Over the past decade, Ben has served as a Senior Developer and Full Stack Engineer at leading tech companies, making significant contributions to their success. Prior to his roles at Swisscom and SAP, Ben played a key role in developing cloud-based applications and microservices architecture, leveraging his expertise in Angular, Node.js, and AWS to deliver high-performance solutions. His extensive experience spans various industries, including telecommunications, finance, and real estate, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to solve complex problems and optimize system performance.
